Circuit Test and Device Characterization Labs
The Group has also developed significant capabilities in measurement and characterization of circuits and devices. The equipment acquired by the group has the capability for testing up to 50 GHz. The equipment includes signal generators, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers and vector signal generators. There are also probe stations in the lab.
